Whitecrook Business Centre is a prominent three storey building in the centre of Clydebank with its own extensive car park. The main entrance doors are open during normal office hours but tenants are issued with a security code to enable access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We have one large self-contained retail/trade-counter unit on the Ground Floor and the remaining part of the building is all traditional offices. A staircase and a lift from the main entrance foyer provide access to the two upper floors where we have 26 bright office units, ranging from single rooms of 200 sq.ft. to office suites of 1,200 sq.ft.

All units are offered unfurnished.

Each unit has an individual electricity meter so tenants pay bills direct to their chosen electricity supplier without any profit to the landlord. Tenants are also responsible for paying rates direct to the Council and for paying a small element of water rates. This allows tenants to manage their own utility bills and to claim any rates relief that they may be entitled to.

We maintain the building itself and our own staff clean all common areas on a daily basis, but tenants are responsible for looking after everything inside their own rented office. We describe it as a serviced building rather than serviced offices.

Travel

Whitecrook Business Centre is ideally situated for local amenities and is easily accessible by all forms of travel. The location is a short walk from Clyde Shopping Centre where there is an ASDA supermarket, a post office and all the main high street banks have branches.

Clydebank itself is about 6 miles West of Glasgow City Centre with which it enjoys excellent road and rail communications. A local bus terminus and Clydebank Railway Station are only a few hundred yards away, while Glasgow International Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by car via the Erskine Bridge.
